Payment
All products remain owned and could be retained by windoorcareuk untill full payment,which is agreed with the customer is paid in full.All deposits to windoorcareuk are 25% unless stated and can be made payable via our paypal acc neiled@hotmail.co.uk or a personal cheque/bacs can be sent to our business address.
All balance payments are to be made cash only on delivery/installation of the product/s,unless other methods of payment have been agreed with windoorcareuk.
Supply only sales
When products are supplied to the customer on a supply only basis it is the customers responsibility to make sure that whoever is installing the product has proven product experience and are vetted to install the products supplied.
Failure to do this will void the warranty of the product supplied and if one of our service engineers is required to do a site visit or replace parts due to incorrect adjustment/installation this will be chargeable to the customer.
If you/your installer hasn't had sufficient experience in the past of the product or how its adjusted,functioned,or installed,our installation service is available at an additional cost and a arranged date,please contact our office for prices.
Also please make sure you/your installer has the relevant experience in glazing the product and knows the term "toe and heeling" as if this/these products are glazed incorrectly it will damage the gearing causing the doors to operate incorrectly and also void the warranty.
Installation and warranty
All our products come with a manufacturers warranty as follows
10 years on the profile/5 years on coloured foiled profile.
10 years double glazed units.
5 years on door running gear.
10 years on door furniture.
If the customer takes our installation service,we offer a full 5 year service and installation warranty on our products.
If in the case any problems arise with the installation of the products our installers have fitted,the problem will be resolved within a 4 week period of when the first contact is made.
Warranty will become void if in anyway the customer or any third party has tampered or tried to fix the product without guidance or assistance by a windoorcareuk engineer/service department.
Products should also be operated in the correct sequence advised by our service engineer/installer so the doors avoid damage.

Delivery
We normally aim to deliver the goods within 10-14 days of deposit and order details have been confirmed,however the delivery time can increase from time to time due to high demand of the product.
We can (when arranged)offer an "express service" which we will turn around any order within 5 days at an additional cost.
The delivery times will be arranged when the order details are confirmed,our drivers will always have contact details available and will contact you if for any reason they are going to be late or are delayed.
In most cases the products may come assembled so please make sure sufficient labour is available as these products can be heavy.
In some cases,when available a weekend delivery may be an option at an additional cost.
